To complement a new brand identity, AgScape (formerly OAFE) needed a new website. Although their identity was changing, their mission remained the same, empower Ontario students with impartial and accurate information to increase awareness of the agri-food system and ignite interest in related careers.
In addition to an updated interface that meshed perfectly with the new brand, we developed a number of systems to support their business functions, allowing them to focus more on their mission. We developed an easy to access resource library for teachers and teacher ambassadors, we designed and developed a donation system that communicates directly with their accounting and management software, and provided a system to help manage and distribute resources to their members for meetings, among other things.
We created a tool that gives AgScape the tools they need to support agriculture education in the classroom.
Users have to ability to donate once or schedule a monthly contribution, by selecting a pre-determined amount or entering their own.
AgScape doesn't just talk to teachers, they talk to students too. We leveraged imagery that appeals to a wider age range.
We built an events management system to let everyone know about upcoming events. More importantly, the system manages ticket sales, so AgScape doesn't have to.
A resource management module helps get users to the right material quickly and easily. It also lets AgScape monitor usage so they know exactly what's being used.
