An online tool to support members

The Canadian Egg Industry Reciprocal Alliance (CEIRA) provides property insurance for producers in the Canadian regulated supply chain.

They needed a new, user-friendly website to provide better online support for their members and to give administration the tools needed to streamline their insurance certificate creation and notification process.

We developed a site that includes the functionality for the administration to create and deliver the annual Insurance Certificates directly to CEIRA members via a Member Portal. This includes the functionality to automatically notify members when a document has been added to their Portal.

The Member Portal mentioned above is a secure section of the site for members to access their personal insurance documents, collective insurance documents/resources, view member-only news, pay invoices online, digitally sign their insurance agreement, and update their profiles.

User managed invoices and payment

Member can view and pay their invoices online, freeing up administrator’s time.

The project was intensive and intricate; starting with the creation of a logo to pinpointing content and specific features to enhance the website to support through learning the backstage of the site, MacGregor Marketing was thorough, responsive, available and patient.

The project required some deviation from the original plan. These changes were handled positively and professionally, and, if outside the original scope of work, the additional costs were communicated clearly.

Although the project is officially complete when questions arise, responsiveness remains consistent.
