Giving a booth the Royal treatment

Chicken Farmers of Ontario managed to secure an island booth at The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, a prime location. Although we were initially approached to help develop a new booth system, tight timelines dictated that this project became a creative re-imagining of their current booth—using the existing hardware in a new configuration that welcomes traffic from all four sides of their island location.

The new configuration required a few additional pieces of hardware, we specified and managed the production of these pieces to deliver to the client in time for their setup date.

Engaging and educational

Part of the tradeshow booth required special activations that would engage and educate elementary school groups visiting the Royal. We worked with Chicken Farmers of Ontario to create the necessary graphic elements to properly represent commercial chicken farming in 2024, while still being approachable for a young audience. These graphics were used in an interactive game, as well as being featured on the booth walls to create a cohesive area for this activation.
