Reigniting passion for travel

tripcentral.ca was looking to reconnect with clients who had not booked a trip since before the pandemic. We put together a direct mail piece that included a travel guide, and a personalized letter and envelope. Letters varied depending on if the client had booked with an agent previously.

The theme of “horizons” was present in each of the pieces as a connective element to form a cohesive experience.

Seeing only the backs of the travellers helps to leave their identities ambiguous and allows the direct mail recipients to more easily imagine themselves in that role.
