Third time around

How many times can we redesign a website? Well, give us 15 years and we were able to refresh the Agricultural Adaptation Council’s website for the third time. Website design has come a long, long way since we started. We have been fortunate to have worked with the Agricultural Adaptation Council for over 20 years, starting with some branding work back in 2004!

The team at AAC worked with one of our earliest versions of our custom CMS when we built out the first iteration of the AAC website back in 2011. OMG it had a twitter feed on the front page! Design for the web evolved rapidly and the site was out of date by 2016—so we redesigned it and the new, refreshed site launched in March of 2017. That version still exists in our portfolio [here]. We kept the logic structure but completely refreshed the design, make it mobile phone friendly, and content was powered by much more modern and capable version of our custom CMS backend. Our sites are built to last, so it was another 8 years before we were tasked with re-designing the AAC website to better reflect the organization’s new mandate. The third version features a fresh, mobile first interface and sits on top of our highly developed Seamless™ CMS—our custom back-end content management system that we’ve been constantly improving since it debuted in 2010.
